Job Description
  • Manage, design and execute a variety of marketing efforts ranging from customer retention to customer engagement campaigns using direct Marketing , ECRM channels , Social media & other Marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and findings to aid in targeting, segmentation and testing strategies.
  • Support the execution and planning of corporate partnership activities.
  • Build new organizational relationships; maintain and develop the previous one.
  • Develop presentations, give briefings, conduct meetings, and partnership agreements.
  • Responsible for creating and using vouchers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a software marketing role.
  • understand and evaluate campaign metrics.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools is a Plus.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skill.
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative and ownership of projects and relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and accept change.
  • Familiar with Gamification.
