Customer Engagement Specialist

- Manage, design and execute a variety of marketing efforts ranging from customer retention to customer engagement campaigns using direct Marketing , ECRM channels , Social media & other Marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and findings to aid in targeting, segmentation and testing strategies.
- Support the execution and planning of corporate partnership activities.
- Build new organizational relationships; maintain and develop the previous one.
- Develop presentations, give briefings, conduct meetings, and partnership agreements.
- Responsible for creating and using vouchers.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
- 1+ years’ experience in a software marketing role.
- understand and evaluate campaign metrics.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools is a Plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skill.
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative and ownership of projects and relationships.
- Willingness to learn and accept change.
- Familiar with Gamification.
