Job Description

Content Art Manager is responsible for leading Content Visual Team Including Photography

Studio, Edit Studio, Creative Studio, Short Form Video Studio and Social Media teams in Content

Department. He/ She is responsible for quality of all visual contents either PDP and PLP or any

visual content creation in Content Dept.

Role and Responsibilities

• Designing new approaches in PDP and PLP Visual Content.

• Team Performance Management.

• Injecting creativity into the team.

• Designing new approaches in order to maximize Performance of studios.

• Designing new approaches to expand Services.

• Designing new approaches to expand Digikala’s Video business.

• Designing new approaches to in order to provide Creative Content to the DK Group.

• Being in contact with Product Catalog stakeholders to update visual guidelines and SOPs.

• Receiving all departments concerns on Visual content and trying to overcome them.

• Deigning new plans and actions to automate and outsource Video and Photography businesses.

• Deep dive in similar businesses all over the world and trying to keep the DK businesses on global track.

• Monitoring all visual content services provided to sellers in order to increase their satisfaction.

• Preparing comprehensive reports of Photography Studios productivity and progress.

• Preparing comprehensive reports of Creative Studio productivity and progress.

• Preparing comprehensive reports of Edit Studio productivity and progress.

• Preparing comprehensive reports of Short Form Video Studio productivity and progress.

• Preparing comprehensive reports of Social Media team productivity and progress.

• Tracking Creative Studio supervisor’s tasks and give him/her constructive feedback.

• Tracking Edit Studio supervisor’s tasks and give him/her constructive feedback.

• Tracking Photography Studio supervisor’s tasks and give him/her constructive feedback.

• Tracking Short Form Video supervisor’s tasks and give him/her constructive feedback.

• Tracking Social Media supervisor’s tasks and give him/her constructive feedback.

• Hiring new Specialists based on team’s requirements and headcount plan.

• Taking part in improvement projects.

• Taking part in content meetings.

• Providing a thorough and exact report as directed by content senior manager.

• Passing knowledge to supervisors and helping fellow staff with problems.

• Giving feedback to Specialists and filling PIP reports if needed.

• Being dedicated to the targets set by the team’s management.
