This is an exciting opportunity to join a team sitting at the intersection of data and media. Data Storytellers collect data points from multiple sources (often integrating web analytics, data from custom studies, BI, and/or economic and societal events) identifying the insights to draw a conclusion. Most importantly, they determine how to visualize the data, ensuring it is compelling, digestible and memorable in order to create creative and insightful Digikala reports.
You will report to the Corporate Communication team, but will have ample opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments, including BI, Big Data and AI teams, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operation, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Product. You work well under pressure, find creative solutions, can wear multiple hats, and love telling data-driven stories.
Roles & Responsibilities
Running impactful analyses: Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for a wide range of E-commerce and area; seeking out and acquiring additional data sources when necessary; ensuring accuracy
Creating strategic reports (written & visual): Preparing polished that combine data visualizations with written takeaways and recommendations
Influencing PR Strategy: Partnering closely with Tech team, and other business leaders to define PR and Communication strategy to promote Tech brand image of Digikala
