Job Description
  • Identify and collect vendor onboarding and training needs
  • Designing the process of developing Onboarding, knowledge and training new vendors and measuring their effectiveness and monitoring their implementation
  • Planning and conducting onboarding and training sessions for new vendors
  • Provide solutions to improve the performance of newly activated vendors
  • Defining SOPs of Operation KPIs calculation and related actions to onboarding and improve performance of vendors
  • Seller Scoring Definition
  • Continuous checking of vendors performance and taking actions based on SOP (Training, warning, penalty)
  • Seller Offences Management
  • Owning the process where new on boarded sellers are trained to maximize their e-commerce business on our platform
  • Executing training programs for targeting at different seller types and levels to support them in achieving commercial and operational excellence
  • Conducting online/offline training workshops for sellers to assist them in fully utilizing resources available within seller platform
  • Managing all forms of seller communications to ensure sellers are updated with the latest policies and seller events
  • Executing seller growth strategies and frameworks with Traffic Operations, Category Operations and Platform Operations team. E.g., Implementing campaigns and traffic initiatives to boost the sellers’ performance
  • Directly interacting with Internal stakeholders within the seller community and help them to improve their performance
  • Ensuring sellers achieve the minimum required service standards as defined by the channel guidelines
  • to work closely with KAM’s, Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Seller Engagement, and other Channel teams to execute the seller Onboarding strategy
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business area
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields relating to training and development, ideally in e-commerce industry
  • Strong record of accomplishment of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (MSP is Plus)
  • Ability to interact with Internal stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Broad, exploratory and structured thinker
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • High personal standards for the quality of execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English would be advantageous
