Job Description
  • Interact with the internal customers providing feedback and solutions.
  •  Coordinate and communicate with company’s internal departments.
  • Handle and process the customers’ requests, forms, applications, and orders.
  •  Responsible for giving response upon customers’ complains, as well as giving the solution.
  •  Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • Communicate with and provide guidance for external vendors (Like food, transportation and …) service providers to ensure the organization, department, or work unit's business needs are met.
  •  Managing daily cleaning-maintenance services in branches.
  •  Managing transportation and food in operation in branches.
  •  Close Collaboration with PMO team for the new projects.
  •  Maintain database.
  •  Getting information.
  •  Communication with Supervisors peers or subordinates.
  • Making decision and problem solving.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships.
  •  Interacting With Computers.
  •  Performing Administrative Activities.
