- Interact with the internal customers providing feedback and solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate with company’s internal departments.
- Handle and process the customers’ requests, forms, applications, and orders.
- Responsible for giving response upon customers’ complains, as well as giving the solution.
- Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
- Communicate with and provide guidance for external vendors (Like food, transportation and …) service providers to ensure the organization, department, or work unit's business needs are met.
- Managing daily cleaning-maintenance services in branches.
- Managing transportation and food in operation in branches.
- Close Collaboration with PMO team for the new projects.
