Job Description

A Seller Relation Specialist is a contact person of Digikala marketplace with all kinds of sellers to handle their requirements and issues on Social media and other communication channels with respect and attention

A Seller Relation Specialist is responsible for:

  • Answers seller questions and complaints on social media
  • Creation of content that meets our seller standards
  • Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build real time relationships
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices
  • Designing and sending emails and blog posts on seller academy
  • Designing and managing contact forms
  • Designing and sending SMS to sellers
Requirements

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in writing (published articles/report or posts in blog/social media)
  • Impeccable writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed.
  • Ability to use CRM tools for sending emails and SMS
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Creative problem solver who is able to influence others via written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible and reliable
  • A proactive reader.
  • Ability to read and write in English
