Job Description

Business Intelligence Team lead will support Business Intelligence team to manage related squad and keep stakeholders aware of project definition and progress. The main and responsibility of this position are:

  • Perform analysis on organization processes and provide appropriate results.
  • Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
  • Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same.
  • Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives.
  • Manage and customize all ETL processes as per customer requirement and analyze all processes for same.
  • Supervise and ensure efficient working of employees in team.
  • Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget.
  • Coordinate with data generator and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.
  • Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value added service.
  • Work with process development and resource teams and prepare appropriate schedule.
  • Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal departments and team members, assisting in the development of interactive data visualization presentations as needed.
  • Strong understanding of business process flow and data flow.
  • Ability to work cohesively with other teams within the Information Technology department
  • Ability to effectively lead change management in a positive manner and to handle changing priorities.
    Requirements
    • Very strong T-SQL and SQL Skills.
    • Good knowledge of Management skills.
    • Good knowledge of database administration.
    • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and Microsoft data tools.
    • Interested in people management.
    • Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels.
    • Should have strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
    • Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration with the team and presentation skills required.
    • Ability to manage time and resources and juggle competing deadlines effectively.
    • Good knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques and Python.
