Job Description
  • Close Communication with Buyers, Receiving Orders, Pre-Invoice.
  • Pre-Invoices check, Matching with first draft orders, Purchase Order Creation
  • PO discrepancy modification during inbound
  • RTS procedure Follow up.
  • Purchase Order Finalization and Closing
  • Reporting and Monitoring Number of POs and Items.
  • Report and Follow up inbound rejection reasons with supplier and Buyers.
    Requirements
    •  Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
    •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    •  Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
    •  Organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
