Job Description

The Talent & Leadership Development senior specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and assess the developmental needs of employees in different functions and levels and design, plan and implement relevant programs to answer their developmental needs.


  • • Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers to design IDP support individual performance agreement.
  •  Sources and develop effective learning solutions to implement staff development plans and individual succession/career development plan for long term development.
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  •  Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
  •  Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  •  Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
  •  Consults with line management, providing developmental guidance when appropriate.
  •  Utilizes leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies.
  • Develops and implement 360 degree feedback process.
  •  Develops and implement succession planning process.
  •  Conducts assessment and development centers and familiar with psychometric tests.
  •  Designs digital content according to the requirement of internal customer and make it available in digital learning platform .

Requirements

  •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Deep knowledge of different behavioral assessment tools and the ability to apply the relevant assessment tools, analyze & interpret the results, & propose effective developmental plans.
  •  Familiar with the latest trends in talent & leadership development.
  •  Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Being creative/Having innovative mindset.
  • Being flexible and open to change.
  •  Able to perform within tight time frames.
  •  Being agile learner.
  • Education and Experience:
  •  Bachelor/Master Degree in human resources, Industrial Eng. / Management or a relevant field.
  •  At least 2 years of HR experience required. (preferred: Experience in ecommerce industry)
  • Excellent Persian & English verbal and written communication skills.
