- Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing) through business requirements, design, implementation, and release
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
- Contribute to business model analysis and effective customer focused pricing strategy.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Define creative, high-quality road maps based on team strategy and vision
- Work with the business development, account management, operations, and engineering teams to design, plan, and implement system integration with partners and customers
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Author documents relating to product life cycle including product strategy, roadmap, business requirements, use cases and functional specifications
