Job Description


We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and deadline oriented professional to join our seller marketing team to drive the awareness of Digikala Marketplace through various online/offline engagements and strategic partnerships.
The Seller marketing manager will work closely with our Commercial Team build, execute and report on a series of events to generate awareness and leads for follow-ups. He/she would engage with potential sellers through various channels including online, offline and partnership to build motivation, generate demand and drive conversions.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop online marketing opportunities to drive nationwide seller awareness, Acquisition and engagement
· Work with partners and internal stakeholders to define seller awareness and engagement goals for online activities
· Develop right communication Strategy with Sellers community within the specific guidelines.
· Own content metrics and content development processes
· Manage online/offline event calendar, budgets and sponsorships
· Build reports to provide visibility on event results, effectiveness and conversions
· Build and develop close relationships with seller communities
· Find new and exciting ways to engage sellers via social media, website and Communication channels.
· Monitor social media channels at the real time, on a daily basis, to provide prompt and active support to sellers
· actively seek solutions through researching and liaising with relevant internal teams and identify trends and ideas for improvement
· Maintain a strong up-to-date knowledge of seller ecosystem, resources and internal processes


Requirements

· Bachelor degree required
· 3+ years of experience
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Organized and detailed oriented
· Proven track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
· Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
· Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategy and execution
· Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools
· Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce
· A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
