job Summary:

The Human Resources Data Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, Costs, and statistics, and apply this data to make different managerial reports and prepare recommendations/analyses related to different HR aspects.

Job description:

Collect, clean, and interpreting HR Data

Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Prepare different on-demand reports

Enable to analyze all HR data and relate them to each other to give recommendations to HR Leaders

Developing and reviewing department KPI’s


Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering Or Computer Science
  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data, and build management dashboards
  • Ability to provide effective solutions and process improvements
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
  • Ability to visualize data using different tools
  • Ability to manage the project and complete activities on time
  • High level of mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy & attention to details
  • Effective communication & Team Work
  • Fast learner
  • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
  • Being Advance in Ms Office especially Excel (Expert in using different formulas)
  • Fluency in English
  • Searching ability
  • Fluency in Power BI
  • Human Resources General Knowledge is Preferred
  • Fluency in SQL is Preferred.
