- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Attend educational conferences
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influence rs via social media to create a strong network
- Hire and train others in the team
- Provide constructive feedback
- Create and own an integrative content strategy to help sellers
- Conceive, storyboard, and write programs for the entire seller journey and across multiple mediums including audio, video, experiential/in-person, text messaging, email, and print
- Recruit and negotiate agreements with performers, agents, and copyright holders
- Produce content alliteratively based on calendar
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and other teams to integrate, deploy, and distribute your programs

- 2 to 3 years experience required.
- Intermediate knowledge of all major MS office products – Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital.
- A minimum intermediate level of English language knowledge.
