Commercial Excellence Development Senior Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی
  •  Establishing contact with identified leads and reengineering processes. 
  •  Researching and gathering information on potential leads and qualifying for sales potential. 
  •  Partnering with the Category management teams (VDs and CMs) to develop sales opportunities. 
  •  Owning pre and post event attendee research and follow up to ensure the strongest sales opportunities.
  •  Staying current with news, trends and hot topics impacting the Sales.
  •  Leading special projects and working with individuals in other teams to finalize them 
  •  Propose required features to the product o Assist in OKR setting, headcount planning, capacity planning and budgeting. 
  •  Define PDCA cycles in order to reach continuous improvement.
نیازمندی‌ها

 

  • BS in statistics, computer, industrial management, business management, information management, or related field
  • Practical experience
  • Technical expertise in gathering data
  • Analytical mind
  • Expert with Excel
  • A great team player
  • Self-disciplined, Self-motivated, Responsible, Flexible, multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team 
  • Fluency in English is an advantage
