- Establishing contact with identified leads and reengineering processes.
- Researching and gathering information on potential leads and qualifying for sales potential.
- Partnering with the Category management teams (VDs and CMs) to develop sales opportunities.
- Owning pre and post event attendee research and follow up to ensure the strongest sales opportunities.
- Staying current with news, trends and hot topics impacting the Sales.
- Leading special projects and working with individuals in other teams to finalize them
- Propose required features to the product o Assist in OKR setting, headcount planning, capacity planning and budgeting.
- Define PDCA cycles in order to reach continuous improvement.
