Promotion & Pricing Supervisor

شرح موقعیت شغلی
  • Promotion management:
    • Participate in yearly, monthly, weekly campaign planning process with Commercial management and Marketing teams
  • Analyze marketing actions and performance over sales (Organic/inorganic-campaigns) based on historical data and campaign content
  • Control campaign preparation process, ensure alignment between teams and timely tasks execution, define and maintain category related framework for submitting the products
  • Proactively manage the deal submission, analysis and recommendation processes for all promotional opportunities, suggest products for campaigns based on quantitative performance data
  • Control fact vs plan and define action plans for covering gaps together with Commercial management and Marketing team on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Run post-campaign analysis
  • Initiate new projects to increase sales and price competitiveness:
    • Develop and coordinate plans to increase efficiency of promotions, sorting, merchandising strategies, maximizing products visibility
  • Partner with BI and Data teams on getting data insights (from Google Analytics to internal DK database), educate teams on key trends
  • Monitor the live site daily to check for category navigation issues and opportunities
  • work closely with CX and Tech, with having the ownership to define new projects that help us on controlling sellers pricing
  • work on constantly improve pricing control model next to current rules to make sure sellers cannot increase their price more than country inflation and economics situation
  • Initiating projects to make sure Digikala pricing is competitive versus market
  • Initiating projects to ensure sellers compete with each other to deliver best price to customer
  •  Supervising competitors monitoring and Research
    • Monitor high potential competitors and provide a weekly basis report on tracking their business model, activities and performance.
  • Benchmark with competitors and worldwide ecommerce leaders, provide regular competitive analysis
  • work closely with Biz development team to monitor best cases that might have an effect on one vertical or whole business of Digikala
  •  Price competitiveness insights and market research
    • Provide daily Price Competitiveness report to all commercial team members.
  • Provide weekly Price Competitiveness report to CCO, CEOs, VMs and CMs.
  • focus more on the internal pricing competitiveness and reporting unusual cases (based on customer perception) to the Monitoring team and verticals to ensure our competitiveness targets
نیازمندی‌ها


• +2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Ability to solve problems, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Accounting/Finance/Business/Math/engineering

• Strong leadership ability.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a diverse, fast-paced and stressful environment.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
