Senior Business Process Analyst

Job description

  • Hold meetings and workshops to identify issues, problems and bottlenecks
  • Define, prioritize, launch and manage end to end process improvement projects
  • Identify, map, model and document business processes
  • Design, analyze, improve and manage business processes
  • Brainstorm and come up with solutions and improvement recommendations
  • Develop implementation plans and manage the implementation of solutions
  • Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting
  • Sustain implementation results and promote continuous improvement culture
  • Constantly communicate and collaborate with staff at all organization levels and departments
  • Train, coach and lead staff at all organization levels and departments

Requirements

•          MS degree in Industrial Engineering preferably with focus in Systems Analysis

•          At least 7 years of total work experience preferably in services industry

•          At least 5 years of work experience related to business process analysis and improvement

•          Preferably certified in Lean, Six Sigma or BPM

•          Expert at communication and collaboration with staff at all organizational levels and departments

•          Successful experience in leading and managing staff, teams and BPI projects

  Knowledge and experience in:

•          Business process analysis, design, improvement and management

•          Process mapping, modeling and documentation with BPMN 2.0

•          Business process improvement project life cycle

•          Business process improvement methodologies and tools

•          Implementation and maintenance of solutions and improvement recommendations

•          Microsoft office, Visio and process mapping / modeling software

  Ability to:

•          Define, prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects at a time

•          Lead workshops and meetings with staff at all organizational levels and departments

•          Lead, train and coach staff at all organizational levels and departments

•          Read, write, speak and present fluently in both Farsi and English

•          Think creatively, approach systematically, manage change and work in teams

•          Develop ideas into projects and then results
