Performance Marketing Specialist

Job description

-Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.

- Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.

- Manages work and professional development of assigned project manager.

- Works with project managers to ensure team is aligned to client requirements.

- Suggest digital media digital advertisement, social and email campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Coordinate and create digital content (e.g. Landings, blogs, press releases, etc).

- Develop social media advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Monitor & follow up process of communicating unified messages in different occasions and channels.

- Conduct marketing research, collect data, analyze information and prepare relevant reports for industry’s trend and competitor’s campaigns.

- Find out high potential channel as targeted channel for publishing promotion plan across the online media.

- Thoroughly analyze data and report the state of important metrics using social media.



- familiar with project management concepts.

- Bachelor's degree required / Advanced degree is a plus. 

-Between 2- 3 years working in a Startup environment.

-Over 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and online advertising.

-Extensive experience creating and publishing content marketing across digital channels.

-Experience launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing online advertising and campaigns. 

-Enthusiasm for the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, best practices, and content.

-Ability to present new ideas and strategies and report on results. 

-Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem.

-Data-driven thinker.
