Organizational Development Supervisor

Job description

-Provide an advisory role to business in order to facilitation and coordination of organization structure design and job design initiatives.

-Design and update the success profile for all jobs in the organization.

-Facilitate the change management process for all organizational structure change A to Z.

-Design and participate in culture development projects in line with business requirement.

-Review, design, present and implement HR agile processes in line with business requirements.

-Support various development activities within HR and the business (Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and Career Development).

Requirements

-BA degree in industrial engineering / human resources management or any other relevant fields.

-Min 3 years’ experience in HR Management with a concentration in Organization Development. 

Knowledge:

-Remuneration/Grading methodologies.

-Performance management systems.

-Research methodologies.

-Human Resources practices.

-Microsoft Office.

-HC budget.

Skills competencies:

-Presentation.

-Facilitation.

-Problem Solving.

-Analytical thinking.

-Good customer interface skills.

-Oral/written Persian and English communication ability is essential.
