Compensation & Benefits Manager

Job description

We are looking for a talented and driven C&B Lead to join our team. The person will drive the HR C&B strategy and proactively partner with, Business Leads and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve C&B objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model.

  • Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation
  • Analyze wage and salary reports, create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program that is industry specific and aligns with organizational objectives
  • Achieves HR financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances
  • Designs compensation and benefits services and strategies, makes recommendations, and prepares proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional need and/or governmental changes
  • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget
  • Identify, select and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position for each in-country location
  • Ensure company compliance with laws governing compensation and benefits practices
  • Reviews and develops new programs and/or existing plans to enhance retention and reduce unwanted turnover, while analyzing cost and make recommendations on cost sharing
  • Review internal structure of job titles and salaries
  • Consult with and provide direction, guidance, and resolution to site HR teams and business leaders on compensation matters
  • Advice on relocation package practices
  • Oversee pay gap reporting and equal pay analysis
  • Partner with Recruiting to create offers and ensure equal pay treatment

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Management fields (degree in HR is an advantage)
  • Over 5+ year’s relevant experience in HR compensation and benefit with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
  • Professional knowledge of Iran labor law regulations
  • Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
  • Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyze data
  • Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests and provide quality advice
  • Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure
  • Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
